いまの季節はどこもクリスマスムード真っ只中ですね☆

イギリスもクリスマスイルミネーションから、クリスマスマーケット、スケート場まで設置され、１年で１番賑やかで美しい時期です。

ヨーロッパ北側にあるイギリスは「寒い」と思われそうですが、メキシコ湾海流の影響で気温は東京と同じくらいです。

逆に南側のフランスやドイツ、オランダの方が冷え込みますね・・・（＾＾；）

なのでイギリスの冬も比較的過ごしやすいですよ。

クリスマス前の街は賑やかで、２５日は逆に静かで落ち着きます。

＊２５日は休業の店が多く、レストランは一部が休みで一部がオープンといった感じなので、

行きたい店があれば事前にチェックしておく事をお薦めいたします。

そして２６日からクリスマスセールのスタート！

ヨーロッパのクリスマスセールは半額～７割引きくらいなので、

出発時はスーツケースの半分は空にしないといけないくらいかもですね（*＾＾*）

We can feel the Christmas mood anywhere☆

The U.K. has the most busy and beautiful days with the Christmas illuminations , Christmas markets, set up the skating rink.

You may think the U.K should be chilly because of north side of European area, but actually the temperature is about the same as Tokyo under the influence of Gulf of Mexico ocean current France, Germany, Netherlands are south side than U.K but they are more colder.

The town before Christmas are so busy , but it is quiet on 25th.

＊many shops and some restaurants are closed on 25, so if you have schedule to visit on 25, it’s better to check if they are open.

Less people are walking around, and no traffic, and quiet on Christmas day, so it is a good day for walking around for sight seeing .

And the Christmas sale starts on 26th! You may better to make a space for your suitcase for prepare Christmas sale shopping !
