本日ご紹介する伝統菓子はご存じの方も多いかと思います！
ドイツの「シュトーレン」です！！
ドイツでは11月からシュトーレンが焼き始められ、12月 1日にはパン屋や菓子屋の店頭に並びます。
焼き立てをすぐに食べるのではなく、ラム酒やドライフルーツの香りが馴染み、味わいが深くなるまで待ちます。
それをクリスマスの日まで、薄くスライスして少しずつ食べるというのがシュトーレンの楽しみ方です♪

In Germany, this sweet has been made from November.
And they would be on sale from 1st December.
You could enjoy this sweet more by making them aged not eating hot from the oven.
Some bakery is making this even in Japan recently.
