もともとパスポートをお持ちの花嫁様は

Q：ハネムーン時、パスポートは「新姓」にするべき？それとも「旧姓」でも大丈夫？

A：どちらでもご出発して頂けます。が！！！

入国審査の際に質問されることもございますので

「新姓」にて新規申請される事をお勧め致します！！

戸籍謄本（抄本）の取り寄せや、申請する書類の準備など

余裕をみて出発の2か月前までにご準備を進めましょう！

ご入籍の時期によっても取得のタイミングが異なりますので

I will change my last name when I get married. 

Does the law require me to have a passport with me new last name?   

A:  

You can lawfully hold a passport with either your new name or the last name you had before getting married. 

However, it might be in your best interest not to update your passport with your new last name.
